Hasan Salihamidzic has not been the sports director of Bayern Munich for a long time, but the Bavarian giant still earns a lot of money from his great negotiating skills.
Namely, these days Manchester United is completing the big transfer of Dutch striker Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna, for whom they will pay around 40 million euros.
This directly concerns Bayern, because it was Zirkzea who moved from Munich to Bologna two years ago, and Salihamidzic negotiated the transfer then.
The legendary Braco then allowed Zirkzee to leave Bayern for only 8.5 million euros, but he also decided to include a clause in the agreement according to which the Bavarians will receive as much as 50 percent of the next transfer of the robust Dutchman.
Salihamidzic obviously knew the potential of Zirkzee and “smelled” that Bologna would be a stepping stone in his career, and now Bayern will earn 20 million euros because of his prediction.
United has already reached an agreement on the personal terms of Zirkzee’s contract, and now it remains to agree with Bologna as well. The club from Old Trafford is ready to activate his buyout clause of 40 million euros, but according to the latest information, they are now trying to lower the price.
Last season, Zirkzee played 34 games in Serie A for Bologna, scoring 11 goals and registering 5 assists, Klix.ba writes.
