Sarajevo Airport successfully completed ISO Recertification

J.P. International Airport “SARAJEVO” d.o.o. Sarajevo has successfully completed the recertification audit for the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 systems, as well as the surveillance audit for ISO 27001:2022, conducted by the authorized certification company TÜV Nord.

The audit results confirmed that the implemented quality management systems, environmental protection and information security fully meet the requirements of international standards.

The audit was conducted without any deficiencies, which confirms the continuous engagement of Sarajevo Airport in maintaining and improving high standards in all business segments.

This success further strengthens the trust of passengers, partners and business entities, and Sarajevo Airport continues to continuously improve its processes and services in order to provide an even better experience for users.
