Sarajevo Winter in 1970 – There was Smog even back then…

Recently, the air in Sarajevo has been extremely polluted. The citizens are upset, and there are more than few people who, in absence of better solutions, ” seek for happiness ” in protective masks.

Experts state that this does not help, but … There’s no information, no one can predict for how long this situation will last, but an interesting photo of Sarajevo back from 1970 is circulating on the internet these days.

The view from Trebević was the same as today. But, as the elders say, days covered in smog were not this frequent…
