“It is up to the Socialist Party to think about this offer. We are open to other parties as well, except for SNSD,” emphasized Bosić after the talks in Bijeljina, where it was concluded that there is room for cooperation and that talks should continue.
Mladen Bosić told reporters that it remains to be seen whether after these elections there will be continuity of the government in RS or if a new government will be formed that will define new priorities and a society that will move towards the future and not remain “stuck in the past and poverty.”
Petar Đokić argues that the SP will not trade with parliamentary positions and added that the formation of the government depends on the leading parties in RS.
The SP in the past two terms was a coalition partner of SNSD at the entity level. In these last elections the party won five seats in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.
