…which is 32.6 percent more than in 2021.
The coverage of imports by exports amounted to 62.8 percent, while the foreign trade deficit of BiH amounted to 10 billion and 662 million BAM.
Exports to Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA) countries amounted to 3 billion and 304 million BAM, which is 37.3 percent more than in 2021, while imports amounted to 3 billion and 517 million BAM, which is a growth of 27.3 percent. Coverage of imports by exports to CEFTA countries was 93.9 percent.
Exports to European Union (EU) countries in 2022 amounted to 13 billion and 226 million BAM, which is 27.2 percent more than in 2021, while imports amounted to 16 billion and 297 million BAM, which is an increase of 28 percent. The coverage of imports by exports to EU countries was 81.2 percent, according to data from the BiH Statistics Agency.
