In an operational action by SIPA and the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton, and under the order and supervision of the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, two persons were arrested in the area of Sarajevo and Bijeljina. The Prosecutor’s Office links them to organized crime and obstruction of justice.
Searches of residential and other premises were carried out, and certain items were seized.
Cooperation with EUROPOL and police agencies from Bosnia and Herzegovina was achieved in this operational action.
After the completion of the criminal investigation, the arrested persons will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
