Sorensen Greets Participation of B&H in the Program Horizon 2020

The news that B&H has signed the access to the largest EU program for research and innovation, Horizon program 2020, is a very good news for operations in B&H and for academic institutions, said Head of EU Delegation to B&H /EU Special Representative Peter Sorensen.

“The investment in research and innovation is an investment in our future, in economic growth and opening of new working places”, said Sorensen.

Through financial means provided, Horizont 2020 will ensure that the best ideas and the latest technologies to get created and to contribute to a higher standard of living that we will all benefit from.

“Horizon 2020 will also help B&H and other associated countries to increase the opportunities for regional cooperation. We hope that B&H will fully use the financing opportunties that Horizon 2020 program offers”, said Sorensen, announced EU Delegation.
