The High Representative Valentin Inzko announced a special session last week, and one of the topics that would be discussed is the issue of the unique master citizen number.
Inzko said that one of the possibilities is the imposition of this law, and that it would be best to find some permanent solution in accordance with the decision of the BIH Constitutional Court.
