“The Case from Novi Sad can also happen in BiH”: More than 600 Sects are active in the former Yugoslav Countries

A young married couple in Novi Sad who first killed their two children, then committed suicide together by jumping from the 13th floor, were part of the satanic cult Temple of Set. Serbian sectologist Dimitrije Pastuovic stated that they did not kill their children as part of a ritual but “believed in reincarnation” and that by that act, they would “go to eternal life in hell where they would remain eternally young.” Their perception of hell differs from that of believers in Christianity, Islam, Judaism, etc. Pastuovic has been warning for years that it’s only a matter of time before something like this could happen in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), as well as in other countries in the region because, according to unofficial data, there are over 600 sects operating in the territories of the former Yugoslavia.

Satanic sects most active in BiH and the region

“We can divide sects into several groups: pseudo-Christian – originating from Christianity, pseudo-Islamic – as the name suggests, originating from deviation from Islam, pseudo-Hinduistic – originating from Buddhism, Shintoism, Hinduism, syncretistic – mixed, like New Age, which is the mother of all sects, and we have openly destructive Satanistic sects. In BiH, as well as in Serbia, they exist because sects and manipulative individuals do not recognize borders and nationality, they act under the guise of philosophers or writers, and mostly talk about love, but what they do is far from love, God, or anything good and positive. You will see their appearances in BiH, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Slovenia – same targets, same people,” said Pastuovic.

The case from Novi Sad could happen in BiH too

Sectologist from BiH, Ivana Cvikic, emphasized that Satanism is widespread in BiH and that the case from Novi Sad reflects the situation in our country.

“We haven’t had such a case, thank God, but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen because Dimitrije has been warning people and young people for years to pay attention not to deviate from their official religion, be it Catholicism, Orthodoxy, Islam… People seek quick solutions and end up with big problems that take away all their property, and unfortunately, their lives as we have seen in Serbia,” she stated.

Pastuovic emphasizes that these manipulative individuals can be recognized by their stories and demagoguery – false prophecies that have never come true.

“How many times have they given false ‘prophecies,’ promising the descent of ‘him,’ the happening of this-that, and nothing has ever come true? Sects act separately but work together from the same center, that same center is the famous New World Order or New Age whose goal is for all the world’s religions to unite under their control to have only one world police, army, and government where they will be at the helm. Unfortunately, they are making great strides towards that success. The murder and suicide in Novi Sad, to me, is the murder of four children because even the two parents who are very young – 23 and 25 years old are children who killed their children. Yes, they were under the influence of the satanic sect Temple of Set, it is spiritual Satanism. They were initially faithful followers of the Joy of Satan website, believed in reincarnation, and the murder that was committed was not ritualistic, but it was inspired by the sect. They held hands, went to Liman, and jumped from the highest point. I have had many such cases, and I feel entitled to speak about them. They believed they were going to eternal life in hell because they don’t consider it as we consider it hell. They believe they will be happy there. They sacrificed their children and then killed themselves believing that they would all be eternally young in that other life,” said Pastuovic.

Temple of Set and Temple of Horus sects

Both Cvikic and Pastuovic emphasize that the sects are well-established and, although they may seem divided at first glance, they do indeed work together. For these purposes, they have groups targeting women 50+, groups targeting teenagers, groups targeting middle-aged people, etc. In other words, there is no single target group or most vulnerable category, anyone can be a victim.

“The organization Temple of Set: there is a satanic church in California, it is best known for the murder of actress Sharon Tate who was the wife of Roman Polanski who is also a member of the same church. All of that was under very unclear circumstances. She was killed in the 5th-6th month of pregnancy. From that satanic church, two branches emerge – one Temple of Set and the other Temple of Horus. The Set is the counterpart to Lucifer, Satan, the devil… On the other hand, Horus is a positive deity in Egyptian mythology, but as soon as you hear from those individuals that they will involve pagan deities in your religion, whichever they are, they mention Egyptian deities the most, you will see that something is not right. They will mix magic, occultism, and spiritism that don’t go with our religions at all. Faith and religion and magic and occultism have only two similarities; they catch people with dynamite, and it is terrible what they do. The impact of what they are doing is enormous,” he warns.

Cvikic says it all starts innocently like reading a birth chart, horoscope, some predictions we consider naive and a normal phenomenon.

“You start from that innocent thing and end up as a victim,” she emphasizes, N1 reports.
