The Chairman of BiH Presidency to pay an Official Visit to Republic of Lithuania

The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović will pay an official visit to the Republic of Lithuania on August 30, 2024 at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda.

This is the first official visit of the Chairman of the BiH Presidency to the Republic of Lithuania since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Lithuania in 1992.

As announced by Bećirović’s cabinet, he will hold a meeting with the President of the Republic of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda at the presidential residence in Vilnius.

Also, as part of the official visit, he will talk with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania Ingrida Šimonytė and the President of the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen.

“Chairman of the BiH Presidency Denis Bećirović will pay an official visit to the Republic of Lithuania as part of foreign policy activities with the aim of improving the overall relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Lithuania,” Bećirović’s cabinet announced.
