The Events on the Occasion of the European Climate Diplomacy Day announced

On the occasion of European Climate Diplomacy Day on 17 June 2015, the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina and EU Special Representative, Ambassador Lars-Gunnar Wigemark, will attend the following events:

1. Eco clean-up action organized by the ‘Let’s Do It!’ movement

Illegal garbage dump site next to the Faculty of Civil Engineering (exact location in map attached),

Patriotske lige 30, Sarajevo

Ambassador Wigemark will join a team of around 40 volunteers who will remove garbage at the illegal dump site next to the Faculty of Civil Engineering.

2. Eco-exhibition of children’s art about climate change and environmental protection

Skenderija 3a, Sarajevo

Ambassador Wigemark, together with the Ambassadors of Germany and France, H.E. Christian Hellbach and H.E. Claire Bodonyi, will open an exhibition of artworks by the students of the elementary school ‘Musa Cazim Catic’ on the topics of climate change and environmental protection.
