The delegation of the Embassy of France in Bosnia and Herzegovina, led by Ambassador François Delmas, as well as the French Development Agency (AFD) visited the Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Nihad Uka.
In the last four years, AFD has invested one billion euros in six countries of the region, and on this occasion the importance of expanding cooperation was emphasized.
Interest has been expressed in cooperation in infrastructure projects, as well as projects related to waste management, renewable energy and transport.
AFD representatives also informed Prime Minister Uk about the plan to establish an office of this development agency in Sarajevo.
Prime Minister Uk thanked for this visit and said that he expects that the concrete projects will follow as soon as possible.
The tourist zone of Igman and Bjelašnica was also mentioned as a potential area for cooperation, it was announced from the Protocol and Press Service of the Canton Sarajevo.
