The House from ‘Breaking Bad’ is on the Market for $4 Million

The house from the series Breaking Bad is for sale for four million dollars. It is about the house that in the series played the home of Walter White, who was played by Bryan Cranston.

The house is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and was built in 1910. It consists of four bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a garage and a swimming pool.

Although it is being sold for as much as four million dollars, the real estate agency Zillow believes that the real market value of the house in the suburbs is significantly lower, estimating it at $343,100.

Due to its popularity, the house has not only reached a high price but is also a lure for fans. Since the series finished filming its last season in 2013, fans still gather and take photos in front of the house.

Current owner Joanne Quintana said her parents bought the house in the 70s. When they agreed to have their house in the series, and the popularity of Breaking Bad increased, it became more and more difficult for them to protect their home. They put in a metal fence and security cameras to make them as safe as possible.

Since her parents are no longer there, she decided to sell the house. “This is our family house from 1973. We leave it with memories. It’s time to move on. There is no more reason to fight,” she said.

In 2006, a film scout approached Quintana’s mother about filming a pilot episode at the house. In a few months, the equipment was set up and filming began. The family got to meet Cranston and the other stars and see what goes on behind the scenes. Quintana’s mother always had cookies for the cast and crew.

After the episode aired in which Walter White threw a pizza on the roof of a house, the owners had a hard time preventing fans from doing the same.
