The Yemeni Houthis announced that they launched a new attack on Israel in coordination with the Iraqi Islamic resistance movement, and this time the target was the port city of Eilat.
According to media reports close to the Houthis, Eilat was targeted by several drones, and the Israeli army also announced that one of the suspicious drones heading towards Israel from the direction of the Red Sea shot down a fighter jet.
“Residents of the city of Eilat reported hearing explosions,” it said.
The spokesman of the Yemeni movement, Yahya Saree, also spoke about the attack, saying that the operation they carried out with Iraqi forces had achieved its goals.
In the meantime, on the occasion of the events in the Middle East, the leader of the Yemeni Houthis, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, also spoke out, and in his address to the nation, he sent a direct threat to Saudi Arabia.
“Our preoccupation with the direct fight to support Gaza does not mean that we will not be able to do anything about the crazy steps of the Saudi regime that believes it can destroy our people through famine, epidemics and a heavy siege. Our people are patient because of their belief that there is an important battle.” said the leader of the movement.
He said that the Americans are pushing the Saudis into stupidity and aggression.
