The lifeless body of an unknown person was found in the area of the Sarajevo settlement of Otoka, in the bed of the river Miljacka, and at 2:40 p.m. the death was confirmed and it was determined that it was a male person born in 1953.
Citizens reported this to the Novi Grad Police Department at 2 p.m.
Mersiha Novalić, spokeswoman for the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton, confirmed to Fena that police officers are on the ground, as well as firefighters and an ambulance team, and added that more information will be known after the investigation.
