Another Rafale fighter jet has arrived in Croatia, as confirmed by the Croatian Ministry of Defense.
“The ninth multi-role Rafale fighter jet landed today at the ‘Colonel Marko Zivkovic‘ barracks at Pleso. By the end of April, all 12 jets will be in Croatia, completing the Croatian Air Force’s Fighter Squadron,” they announced yesterday.
Last year, Croatia acquired French Rafale fighter jets and signed a contract for the purchase of Bayraktar TB2 combat drones from the Turkish manufacturer Baykar.
By 2028, plans include the procurement of corvettes, tanks, HIMARS rocket systems, self-propelled artillery, attack helicopters, air defense missiles, and kamikaze drones.
