April de Angelis’ drama ”The Positive Hour” directed by our director Lajla Kaikčija will be performed at the Bosnian National Theater Zenica tonight at 19:30 p.m. This drama had its premiere performance in 2010. Lajla Kaikčija adapted this drama based on the translation by Damir Arsenijević and Lejla Galešić. The drama earned positive critiques and that is the reason it is again on the stage of the Bosnian National Theater Zenica. The director describes this drama as being:
”A small story about women who learn trough conversational therapy about their own and other people’s fears, mistakes and well as wishes and hopes. The mere act of listening and accepting other’s difference is a path towards empathy and helping others. The characters in this theater piece are on the path of understanding themselves and other. That eventually helps them to carry on with their lives or try to start over.”- Kaikčija
The roles in this drama are enacted by Uranela Grbić- Burina, Sabina Kulenović, Lana Delić, Anđela Ilić, Saša Handžić, Nerman Mahmutović and Igda Jarić.
