From Novi Pazar, a tow truck carrying humanitarian aid collected in the action of the Novi Pazar Humanitarian Organization “Uhud” set off on its way to the flooded areas in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The tow truck was parked in the center of Novi Pazar for nine hours, and the help was collected in only three hours. Citizens massively responded to the call of the “Uhud” organization, bringing aid to the population affected by the floods in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“The people of Novi Pazar are always ready to lend a helping hand to those who need it the most. Citizens brought everything needed for this cold weather: quilts, blankets, heaters, women’s and men’s winter clothing. The people responded in large numbers, although many did not even hear. We are grateful for every contribution. This help carries an important message to the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are going through difficult times. They will not be forgotten and we will not be observers, but will generously help in this trial that befell them,” said Sead Bihorac from the Humanitarian Organization “Uhud”.
The humanitarian organization “Uhud” stated that, due to the great interest of citizens in sending help, tomorrow the truck will be parked in the center of Novi Pazar from nine o’clock.
From that organization, they invited the people of Novi Pazar to bring their contributions, noting that what is donated must be new and usable, AA writes.
