The suspect of terrorist association in connection with the attack on the gendarmes in front of the Israeli Embassy in Belgrade defended himself by remaining silent during the hearing at the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime.
The prosecutor’s office states that they heard I.D. due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of terrorist association, which is linked to the attack by Miloš, religious name Salahudin, Žujović with a crossbow on Gendarmerie member Miloš Jevremović in front of the Israeli Embassy.
The prosecutor proposed to the judge for the preliminary proceedings of the Special Department for Organized Crime of the High Court in Belgrade to order the detention of I.D., it was stated in the announcement.
I.D. was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of being in contact with Miloš Žujović, who attacked the gendarme Miloš Jevremović in front of the Israeli Embassy and shot him in the neck with an arrow.
