At today’s hearing at the trial of the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and acting director of the “Official Gazette of the RS”, Miloš Lukić, the judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sena Uzunović, rejected the defense’s proposal to hear the High Representative Christian Schmidt, the President of the National Assembly, Nenad Stevandić.
The proposals of Dodik’s defense for the hearing of the President of the People’s Council of the Republika Srpska Srebrenka Golić and the General Secretary of the President of the Republika Srpska Jelena Pajić Baštinac, as well as certain material evidence, were accepted.
Lukić’s defense proposal for the hearing of Dalibor Panić and Goran Bosančić was also accepted.
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina continued to present material evidence, which the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will decide on later.
Today’s hearing is over, and the next one is scheduled for June 19 at 1:00 p.m., when the defense will begin presenting evidence.
Let us remind you that Dodik and Lukić are accused of disobeying the decisions of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment states, among other things, that Dodik and Lukić committed the criminal offense in the period from July 1 to July 9, knowingly, even though they knew that the High Representative had made a decision to repeal the Law on Non-Enforcement of Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted by the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska.
