Bihać is facing challenges this morning due to the rise in the level of the Una river, which currently stands at 138 centimeters, which is 38 centimeters above the critical point of 100 centimeters.
Although the water level is slowly decreasing, the situation remains serious, especially in some settlements.
Water levels of 341 and 318 centimeters were recorded at the measuring stations in Martin Brod and Kulen Vakuf, where a slight drop is observed. However, the settlement of Kralje faces a river height of 510 centimeters, while in Kosteli the level reaches 248 centimeters, with a tendency for further growth.
In Bosanska Krupa, the Una level is 252 centimeters and also shows a slight increase. In the past 24 hours, Bihać has recorded 16 liters of precipitation per square meter, but there has been no rain in the last few hours, which could help stabilize the situation.
