There is no Quorum for the Work of the House of Peoples of the BiH PA

The Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kemal Ademović, after a half-hour break at the request of the Chairman of the Serb Delegates’ Club, Sredoje Nović, stated that there was currently no quorum for work, and gave a half-hour break in order to try to ensure a quorum.

Ademović stated that after the break, five delegates from the Bosniak and Croat People’s Clubs, as well as two delegates from the Serb People’s Club, returned to the session.

According to him, three members of the Serb People’s Club from the SNSD were not present.

“I am giving a break until 2:55 p.m., when we will come to the hall. At 3:00 p.m. there will be the 25th urgent session, and the first item on the agenda will be the Proposal for a Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Salaries and Remunerations in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in second reading. The remaining items are agreements,” said Ademović.

Before the break, delegates unanimously adopted the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Salaries and Remunerations in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, in the first reading (principles).
