Trump Reveals Why Greenland Is Needed by The U.S.

The United States (U.S.) President Donald Trump has once again spoken out about the status of Greenland and explained why it is necessary for the U.S. to fully control this territory.

Reflecting on the current situation, Trump reiterated on the social network Truth Social that Greenland is important for U.S. national security.

“The U.S. needs Greenland for national security. It is key to the Golden Dome we are building. NATO should lead the way to getting it. If we don’t do it, Russia or China will, and that will not happen! Militarily, without the enormous power of the U.S., which I built for the most part during my first term, and am now raising to a new and even higher level, NATO would not be an effective force or deterrent, not even close!” Trump said.

He is also of the opinion that NATO would be stronger with Greenland under U.S. control.

“They know it, and I know it. NATO becomes much more powerful and effective with Greenland in the hands of the U.S. Anything less than that is unacceptable,” the U.S. president concluded.
