After the fire that broke out last night in the nursing home in Lukavac, two people were hospitalized at the Tuzla University Clinical Center due to burns.
The patient with the initials O. H., born in 1948, suffered severe burns associated with inhalation burns. He is intubated and on mechanical ventilation.
The second patient, initials M.O., suffered burns on his face and body.
The general health condition of both patients is difficult.
The on-call teams of UCC Tuzla responded readily and professionally to the urgent admission of patients, as well as to surgical and other medical treatments required by their health condition.
