On this occasion, Vucic asked Dodik and all political forces in the Republika Srpska (RS) entity to participate in the work of BiH institutions.
“My request to President Dodik and all political factors in RS is not a request to agree with anything, or to vote for anything, on the contrary, my request is that the table where RS representatives should sit should not be empty and that the best possible way is to fight for the interests of the entities and the Serbian people,” Vucic emphasized.
Vucic and Dodik also talked about the fact that Serbia is preparing significant financial support for RS and that it will speed up the talks on that topic and inform the public as soon as possible.
Dodik complained to Vucic about the alleged endangerment of the Serbian people in BiH, explaining that it was almost impossible to fight for justice and allegedly consistent implementation of the Dayton Agreement.
As a reason for the alleged “endangerment” of the Serbian people in BiH, Dodik noted a “one-sided and biased approach”, primarily from the United States (U.S.).
“Sanctions have always brought only a problem, and never a solution,” Vucic asnwered.
Also, it was confirmed at the meeting that the governments of the RS and Serbian entities will hold a joint session on January 27th, and a grand assembly of RS and Serbia was announced.
