Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin said that Serbia is strong enough and that the detention of the highest officials of Republika Srpska on the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will not be allowed.
Vulin said that “Banja Luka is not Zagreb in 1941, welcoming the Germans with flowers, but rather a city of Republika Srpska that cannot accept that someone from outside comes and arrests the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, Prime Minister Radovan Višković and the Speaker of Parliament Nenad Stevandić”.
“How do you think this is happening? Of course, this is not a coincidence, because Serbia should now have its hands tied, deal with street violence, those who protest, block, do not let children go to school and be busy with itself”, Vulin said.
He further stated:
“What the Prosecutor’s Office has done now is a continuation of revenge against Milorad Dodik. It is not a trial, it is revenge, just as the Hague Tribunal was revenge against the Serbs, not a trial, this is revenge against Milorad Dodik and revenge against the Serbs,” Vulin believes.
As a reminder, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an order for the arrest of Dodik, Višković and Stevandić.
The Prosecutor’s Office charges them with committing the criminal offense of “attack on the constitutional order”.
The information was published ahead of two special sessions of the RS National Assembly scheduled for today, which will include a proposal for a new entity constitution and a proposal for a law on the protection of the constitutional order of that entity.
