Gudeljevic announced that after the ceremonial handover of 30 respirators donated to BiH by the Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre (EADRCC) and the Government of the Republic of Hungary that are in the premises of Hercegovinalijek in Rajlovac.
It should be reminded that the conference of health ministers in BiH was announced in mid-January which, according to the expectation of the state Ministry of Civil Affairs, was supposed to be held by the end of January, when the issue of introducing a unique QR code for Covid certificates was supposed to finally be resolved.
The Ministry of Civil Affairs has prepared a draft agreement that would resolve this issue, and it has been submitted to all competent institutions, and after receiving their opinion, a conference of ministers for health will be organized.
Director of the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BIH (FBiH), Sinisa Skocibusic, and member of the Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health, Goran Cerkez said earlier that the development of unique state-level software for the introduction of QR codes is in progress.
Moreover, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BIH has been conducting activities for a long time to coordinate various levels of state organization with the aim of reaching an agreed normative and technical solution for the Covid certification system.
The planned ministerial conference should be followed by material and technical implementation of the system in connection with the European Union (EU) Green Pass system, and after the EU verifies the BiH system, it will be possible to issue internationally recognized Covid certificates in BiH.
