The Unconstitutional Day of the Republika Srpska was celebrated yesterday in East Sarajevo and Banja Luka. There was much speculation as to whether members of the “Night Wolves” were present.
Members of this motorcycle club are very close to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Those citizens who did not enter BiH, but who are in our database. You and foreign citizens, members of the “Night Wolves” themselves. Border Police of BiH did not record the attempt to enter BiH by foreign citizens who have been banned,” said Hoffman.
Who exactly are the “Night Wolves” who are also called Putin’s bikers and Putin’s angels? It’s a motorcycling group made up mostly of extreme nationalists. “Night Wolves” are also called the powerful Russian paramilitary. They are believed to have been involved in several covert operations in eastern Ukraine back in 2014, when Crimea was annexed.
In March 2018, some members of the “Night Wolves”, including Saša Vuković, the president of the motorcycle club “Night Wolves of Serbia” and the leader of this group, Aleksandar Zaldostanov, were banned from entering Bosnia and Herzegovina.
