When will the Reconstruction of the new Building of Football Federation of BiH begin?

Although it was previously announced that administration of the Football Federation of BiH will move into the premises of the new, renovated building by the end of the year, that will not happen. Works on adaptation and reconstruction of the building in Alipašino Polje in Sarajevo have not begun yet, and the contractor is still unknown.

“Works were not launched because of the long procedure of gathering of extensive necessary documentation for public tender,” the Football Federation stated.

The facility that used to accommodate the Geodetic Institute of BiH located in the Sarajevo Municipality of Novi Grad was purchased via court sale on a public auction. The new office building covers 5.900 square meters.

Beginning of works is expected in the first quarter of next year and completion depends on the dynamics of works, which will be defined afterwards. Value of works will be known when the contractor is chosen.
