In the address to invitees, Ambassador Nedim Makarevic emphasized that culture and art are the best way to achieve a harmonious relationship and to understand each other, no matter of peoples’ origin.
“Culture and art at, in all times, have built bridges of friendship, understanding and discovering new ways of connections for the more beautiful present and future. It is well known that art influences and changes the character of individuals, and peoples as well,” H.E.Makarevic stated.
Makarevic added that in the last 25 years, artists from BiH are active in Norway and are trying to connect their inherited tradition and new to the undiscovered culture.
Artists whose works are presented on this occasion are Danilo Ivanovic, Amir Grebo, Bojan Mrkaljevic, Muhamed Mujic, Nedzad Mahic, Sanja Milovanovic, Sanjin Derviskadic, Sinisa Spasojevic, Tatjana Mrkaljevic, Valida Mujezinovic and Vladimir Ivanovic.
The trio Daniel Lazar (Serbia), Espen Wensaas (Norway) and Ambassador Makarevic played in the music section of this cultural event.
