When it comes to the Reform agenda, the Prime Minister said that, out of 48 tasks taken over by this document, the Government of the FB&H realized eight until now, four of which have already passed the parliamentary procedure.
Among other things, Novalic introduced the guests to the project of first employment stimulation which primarily refers to young people. That will be done through exempting the employers in the private sector from paying taxes for the newly employed workers in the first year. Thereby, the employer will be obliged to make the employment of the newly employed worker last for at least two years.
Ellen Goldstein exceptionally positively assessed the progress achieved in the FB&H regarding the programing of public investments and public debt management.
Speaking of the Labor Law, which Ellen Goldstein marked as a huge step forward, the Prime Minister Novalic said that the regulation, instead of protecting a small number of workplaces, creates a possibility of opening a large number of new ones.
Stressing the good cooperation with the BH authorities, Goldstein said that the World Bank is starting to prepare a five-year support program for B&H.
