The World Muslim League (Rabita), an international non-governmental organization dealing with Islamic questions and Muslims in the world, will support Bosnia and Herzegovina with 300,000 dollars of its own funds to fight the coronavirus pandemic.
Secretary-General of the World Muslim League, Mohammed Abdul Karim Al-Isa, informed the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Sefik Dzaferovic, by letter.
Al-Isaa recently visited Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he also met Dzaferovic and paid tribute to the victims of the Srebrenica genocide.
“Although it is an organization primarily concerned with promoting Islamic values and cooperation and is not focused on this kind of support in its program, Secretary-General Al-Isa has found the opportunity to support our country in this way. We will certainly know that. I requested that the money be paid into the account of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will include other means of support in the fight against the pandemic, “Dzaferovic told Fena news agency.
