The Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has published a call for the submission of bids for the procurement of hotel accommodation services for deputies and delegates. Hotels should be in the area of Sarajevo or East Sarajevo and categorized with three or more stars. The estimated value of the procurement for two years is 100.000 BAM with VAT.

As stated in the call, the hotel accommodation service includes the service of an overnight stay in a single room for one person with breakfast and the accommodation tax included. It was emphasized that the bidder should provide a “European menu”, which means “that all types of cold cuts are offered for breakfast”.

The criteria for awarding the contract also mention that the contracting authority, according to the specifics of the event and the needs of the members of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, determines whose hotel services it will be used for each individual accommodation of representatives and delegates of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.

These services will be used successively from July 1st, 2021 to July 1st, 2023, more precisely until the end of the Call for Procurement of Hotel Accommodation Services in 2021.

“Any invoice for the performed hotel accommodation service will be considered a contract,” it was stated, among other things, in the mentioned call, Klix.ba writes.
