Record Number of Visitors at Kravice Waterfalls this Season

Minister of Environment and Tourism of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) Edita Dapo met with yesterday with a Mayor of Ljubuski Nevenko Barbaric.

At the beginning of the meeting, Minister Dapo said that the municipality of Ljubuski with the Kravica waterfall represents one of the most important tourist destinations in BiH.

In this tourist season it is expected that Kravica Waterfalls will be visited by 200,000 tourists, and the number of visits from year to year is on the rise.

Mayor Barbaric informed the Minister about the activities undertaken to improve the tourist offer and spoke about the steps in order to make the tourist offer richer.

Djapo pointed out that the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism has always supported projects and initiatives related to the Kravica Waterfalls, and that it will continue to do so in order to preserve this natural jewel and retain tourists to stay longer in BiH.
