In front of a large hall at the Bosnian Cultural Center in Sarajevo, last night the traditional 14th festival of Christmas songs, folk dances and customs ‘Kao nekad pred Božić 2013’ was held. It was dedicated to the Catholic feast of Christmas.
This traditional music and theatrical spectacle, whose creator is prominent cultural and social worker prof. sci. Marijo Pejić was realized with the production of the Association Libertas and the Association for Youth Prosperity ‘Facultas’, and was designed as a central pre-Christmas manifestation in B&H and held in the capital city.
This year’s festival was opened by members of the folklore section HKUD ‘Herceg Stjepan’ from Ljubuški, and was followed by words of welcome from the Presdient of the FB&H Živko Budimir.
