The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gordana Tadić, with her associates, met with the Acting Director of the Agency for Forensic Examinations and Expertise (AFIV) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Neđo Kojić.

The meeting discussed expert analysis processes and their importance in prosecuting criminal cases, especially in cases handled by the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption.

Director Kojić presented to the officials of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH the capacities and possibilities of the AFIV agency, as well as the role of this agency in criminal proceedings and the process of strengthening the rule of law.

Chief Prosecutor Tadić thanked the Director for visiting the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and presenting the capacities of the agency, and pointed out that in a large number of cases in which the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH acts within its jurisdiction it has a need to seek expert analyses in various fields.

It was pointed out at the meeting that the cooperation between the two institutions will continue in the future.
