In accordance with the Decision of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the Engineering Battalion of the Brigade of Tactical Support of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina completed on March 9, 2021 engineering works on construction and rehabilitation of access road and plateau for future container settlement in camp “Lipa” near Bihac.

Representatives of the local community of the city of Bihac and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) received the work done and expressed gratitude for the contribution of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of BiH in creating better living conditions for migrants in the “Lipa” camp.

This completes the second phase of engineering works at this location. The works lasted from February 22 to March 9, 2021, and after the works were handed over, the unit returned to the location of the barracks in Bihac.
