More than 300 exhibitors from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region will present their products at the jubilee, 20th edition of the International Fair of Economy, Agriculture, Food and Tourism “Cherry Days 2022” in Mostar.
The partner of this year’s fair event, which will be held from June 22 to 24, is the Government of Montenegro.
“We are especially pleased with the partnership of the Government of Montenegro through the Ministry of Economy, Water Management and Forestry and the Ministry of Tourism, as well as the fact that we will have guests from the Chamber of Crafts of Northern Macedonia who will sign an agreement on cooperation and friendship,” the organizers said.
“This Fair promotes the symbiosis of economy, agriculture, traditional crafts and tourism and we believe that the “Cherry Days” will lead to the establishment of new business contacts among actors from across the region, as was the case in previous years,” said Salem Bubalo, director of the Fair.
In addition to the promotion of souvenirs and handicrafts, the emphasis is on the promotion of old crafts, and Bubalo added that a whole series of professional lectures on various topics were organized.
“Topics that will be represented are “Cherry as a culture of economic and social development”, “Mostar as a final tourist destination”, “Modern beekeeping-high yield” and many others,” Bubalo told Avaz.
