Traditional New Year concert was held at the Bosnian National Theater in Zenica. The performers at this concert were the Chamber Symphonic Orchestra and the Chamber Choir conducted by Tanisa Mustafić and Nenad Tešić.
Many citizens of Zenica attended this 24th traditional concert where they have enjoyed in the melodies of the Symphonic Orchestra as well as the performances of soprano singers Melisa Hajrulahović and Katarina Kikić.
The guest of this evening was Dijana Hujić from Sarajevo who greeted the audience with the sounds of harp as the opening act of this concert.
The reason for the organization of this event is the forthcoming New Year 2013, and the anniversary of existence and work of the Chamber Symphonic Orchestra, one of the most important cultural institutions in Zenica and Zenica- Doboj Canton.
Children’s Choir from the Primary music school in Zenica and the Choir of the High school of music Zenica joined their forces and performed “March of Toreadors and Churus Les Voici” as the closing act of the New Year concert.
