etihadThe final interview was conducted in Banja Luka with 60 candidates from the RS who applied for the positions of cabin crew in the airline company Etihad Airways.

Member of the recruitment team of Etihad Airways Alena Hadika said that the interview lasts one day and involves a test of communication skills, a test of the English language and personality test.

‘’We do not look for an exact number of new candidates, but rather charisma and service skills, as much as possible, and the candidate has to show enthusiasm’’, said Hadika.

She added that candidates could expect results of the final interview within a few days.

New staff for the cabin crew will go through a seven-week training program in the center for training of this company in Abu Dhabi, and the previously published conditions imply that candidates have more than 21 years of age and speak fluent English.

Cabin crew of Etihad employs a wide range of profiles, including head chefs for first class, managers for food and drink for business class, and flight attendants for premium and economic class.
