93 Persons detained after Fight between Crvena zvezda and Hajduk Fans in front of Tuzla Airport

In front of the entrance to the Tuzla International Airport in Dubrave last night, there was a fight between a large number of people, it was confirmed by the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tuzla Canton (MUPTK).

The incident was reported to the Živinice police station on Saturday at around 9:55 p.m., after which several police patrols, rapid intervention teams of the Police Special Support Unit, as well as teams from the Emergency Medical Service from Živinice and Tuzla were sent to the scene of the incident.

Arriving at the scene, police officers found a large number of people, and it was determined that they were fans of Crvena Zvezda from Serbia and Torcida fan group from Croatia.

93 people, members of the aforementioned fan groups, were detained and detained in the official premises of the Police Department of the Interior Ministry of the Republic of TK. According to police information, none of the participants in the fight is from Tuzla Canton.

According to initial data, 23 people were injured in the conflict, including a police officer. The extent of the injuries has not yet been officially announced.

“The Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Tuzla Canton has been informed about everything, and the investigation is ongoing. Further measures and actions will be taken according to the order of the prosecutor on duty,” announced the Police Directorate of the MUP of TK.
