Exhumation Process begins in Sanski Most

At the Greda site in the Sanski Most municipality, an exhumation process began in which the remains of two persons suspected of belonging to Serb victims who went missing in the autumn of 1995 were found.

According to the initial information, there could be several remains of persons missing in that period at the mentioned locality.

The Investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is located at the Greda site, where he coordinates the work and activities of authorized persons participating in the exhumation process.

A forensic doctor, representatives of the Institute for Missing Persons, police officers of the Ministry of the Interior of the Una Sana Canton who secure the location, and workers and mechanization are present at the location. The exhumation will continue in the following period, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH stated on Wednesday.
