The Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fadil Novalic, met at the headquarters of the Government of the FBiH in Sarajevo, newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to BiH Ulrike Hartmann.
It was assessed on both sides that the political and economic relations between the two countries were traditionally good and that there were no open issues and that they were constantly on the rise, especially in the economic sphere.
Austria is one of the most significant investors in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in economic exchange. According to data, BiH’s exports to Austria have been steadily increasing over the past three years, with export-import coverage reaching a record 155 percent.
The indispensable topic of the talks was the formation of government, both at the federal and state levels, and expressed a common desire for these reforms to be accelerated and the election results implemented as soon as possible.
“European integrations are of vital importance for us, because BiH is traditionally, historically and culturally part of the European circle,” the Federal Prime Minister emphasized.
