The Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA BiH) held a constituent session today at which the chairman and deputy chairs of this body were elected.
The members of the ITA Management Board, consisting of three ministers of finance and three members from the ranks of experts, unanimously elected the BiH Minister of Finance and Treasury Zoran Tegeltija as chairman, while the FBIH Minister of Finance Jelka Miličević was appointed as deputy.
Given that all legal and operational conditions have been met, ITA Board Chairman Zoran Tegeltija opened the first regular session where the decision on the second temporary settlement was adopted, on the basis of which the entity of Republika Srpska should pay the Federation of BiH 28,826,865 BAM.
The Board of Directors gave a positive opinion on the decisions regarding customs benefits for the import of electric and hybrid cars, as well as mineral fertilizers.
