After finishing the design project of the square in Neum, this municipality has made a public call for the procurement services on the construction of a contemporary square and surrounding buildings of the central part of the Neum town.
Regarding the project, a public garage of size 2000 to 2500 square meters will be constructed under the square. The building of the municipality of Neum will be built on the square (which also needs to be projected), as well as a museum that will have space for offices in the basement.
The church that is already built will be on the square. The whole area is about 10.000 m2.
The square project must include projects of water supply and sewage, power installations (high and low voltage), air conditioning (heating and cooling) and ventilation, horticulture, fire protection measures and safety measures.
