The Shaheen family, who escaped from the war in Gaza to our country, decided to start their own business in Sarajevo so that they could survive without asking for anyone’s help.

Namely, the female part of the family decided to make traditional Palestinian bread. This family was also visited by the Mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karić.

She announced everything on her official Facebook account.

“In a pleasant conversation and atmosphere, I spent the evening with the family of doctor Ahmed Sahin, who with his family found salvation from Gaza in Sarajevo.

With a lot of emotion and love, they talk about their Gaza, but also about BiH, where Ahmed completed his medical degree. In their new home, the hardworking hands of his wife and daughter make traditional Palestinian bread.
