On the basis of the warrant of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Milivoje Todorovic (1975) from Bijeljina, a suspected member of the drug cartel, who is wanted by BiH in connection with the Sky and Anom applications, was arrested in Frankfurt.

This is a suspect who is under investigation as a high-ranking member of the international drug cartel, connected to the alleged ”Skaljarski clan”, involved in smuggling and illicit traffic of large quantities of narcotic drugs from South America to European Union (EU) countries and further to the Western Balkan region.

In the context of the case with the decrypted Sky and Anom applications, which the BiH Prosecutor’s Office is working on in cooperation with partner institutions from the EU, as well as police agencies in BiH, Todorovic was identified as a member of an organized criminal group, which is mostly located abroad, where he coordinates the work of individuals involved in the smuggling of narcotic drugs, which is why he became the focus of investigations by police agencies from several countries.

The arrest action was carried out in cooperation with the BiH Prosecutor’s Office and partner institutions in the Federal Republic (FR) of Germany.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and its partner institutions are undertaking all necessary activities in order to organize the extradition of the suspect to BiH as soon as possible, for his further criminal prosecution, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH announced.
