A New Mass Grave Discovered in Rogatica

BOSNIA SREBRENICA MASS GRAVEIn the area of Rogatica Municipality, a mass grave was located and it is assumed that it covers the remains of war victims.

According to the Institute for the Missing Persons, ICMP, of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the remains of family of four, who were killed during the recent war in the area of Rogatica, should be found in this tomb. They were Bosniak civilians – said a spokesperson of the Institute, Lejla Čengić.

The Institute for the Missing Persons of B&H will make a request to issue an order on exhumation to the Prosecutor’s Office, and until then the site will be monitored by members of the Police Station in Rogatica.
