A sarcophagus was found in the yard of a house in the Defne district of Hatay, Turkey.
The sarcophagus was discovered during construction work on the electrical infrastructure carried out by teams in the garden of a house in Yesilpinar.
The homeowner reported the situation to the gendarmerie.
After the discovery, the sarcophagus with mythological figures was taken to the Hatay Museum Directorate for examination, AA writes.
