A young Man from Tesanj who owns a successful technology Company sees a Future in BiH

Ibnel Plancic is 28 years old, he comes from Jablanica near Tesanj and he is a “Full-stack web developer”. What does this term mean? Simply put, it’s an IT specialist who does all aspects of web development, from start to finish.

He completed elementary and secondary electrical engineering school in Tesanj and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Bihac. He gained knowledge and experience in foreign companies, mainly in Switzerland.

He is a beneficiary of start-up funds from Tesanj Municipality, and today he has a successful technology company “webVIP” which specializes in the development of web applications, e-Commerce (webshop) solutions, business applications, mobile applications, web services, and REST API solutions. As he says, “years of successful work, paying attention to details and taking care of the client’s needs have made it possible to build a wide and diverse list of mostly foreign (Switzerland and Germany) but also domestic clients”.

All this was reason enough for the Municipality of Tesanj to visit and present him as part of the Project “They are the future of Tesanj too”.

Ibnel has been active in the European market for the seventh year from Tesanj. Ibnel, like hundreds of other Bosnian programmers, destroys prejudices and sells the world only his knowledge.

Ibnel sees the future in Tesanj and Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). “We are not a nation that is used to it being easy. I think that we should fight for every opportunity. Every day there are new challenges. At the moment, the top topic is “artificial intelligence”. We will see which jobs will be eliminated and which new ones will be brought. Every day you have to learn something new. Those who don’t keep up with the times, go with the times. We compete with the whole world, but the whole world also competes with us.”

He tells the younger ones to do what they love. Knowledge is the most important thing. With knowledge, no one can fail.

Ibnel has a clear vision for the development of his company, he believes that the best results come from a combination of talent, dedication, and organization with the most modern technologies. The “webVIP” company has set as a goal for the next period the creation of two sectors: the Sector in charge of “Outsourcing” – Support, i.e. support to foreign companies in the development of their web solutions, and the Sector in charge of developing their own “products” – the creation of their own web solutions that will enable the company to earn passive income, Biznis Info reports.
